"When my wife and I brought in my 92-year-old mother for her CT scan, we found that we were really early for her appointment. The front desk person at the Mercy Imaging Center Carmichael location saw that it was going to be a long while and checked with the technologist to see if it was possible to get her back early for her scan. The CT tech came up and brought my mother right back and took wonderful care of her. We were exhausted from the events of the day and the CT tech even came out after her scan and helped my mother into the car. Since the first day I walked into your facility, your staff and technicians have always been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most accommodating to me. I always smile when I walk in your door, as you have never forgotten me as a customer/patient even though you probably have thousands of patients that have been there besides me. If I have a choice in where I can have a CT Scan, MRI, etc., I will always choose your office. Appointments are easy to make and once you arrive you are acknowledged and taken care of right away. In addition to your facilities being so clean, I appreciate the fact that we can lock up our personal items while we are having our procedures done. I also appreciate, and I'm sure my doctors do too, the prompt turnaround time on any CT Scan, MRI or DEXA scan that I have had done there. My husband works temporarily in Folsom, even though we live in the Bay Area. I found out that my physician in Fremont needed a repeat study due to calcifications and I was grateful that I was able to obtain an appointment (at Mercy Imaging Center Folsom) the very next day.
